Hello bloggers! Today was a productive day! I did some maopping, and cleaning, laundry, baked bread in the bread machine--then wrestled it OUT of the machine when done! LOL! It should be an Olympic sport I tell ya! Then I got the workout in!
3 sets of each:
15 reps of crunches on stability ball
15 wall squats using stability ball
20 reps of standing rows using resistance band (the black one)
Biked 10 minutes
3 sets of the following:
15 reps chest presses with 8 lb weights
15 reps chest flies with 8 lb weights
15 reps pullovers with 8 lb weight
Then 1 set of bicep curls with 10 lb weights
1 set of 15 "pull-ups"
Stair stepped 5 minutes

Food for Monday:
cooked multi-grained cereal (My "bird seed" LOL)
4 oz. Greek yogurt
walnuts
Lunch:
Homemade Sicilian Chicken soup
slice of homemade wheat bread w/ olive oil
Dinner:
Spinach salad with oil and vinegar
croutons
fish
small baked potato (with skin) and plain Greek yogurt
slice of wheat bread
YAY! great job!! holy cow, chica, that was one mean workout. looks like you got a lot of great guidance from your trainer. awesome. keep it up--you're one of my inspirations!! i hope to get back on my workout track as i go thru this cleanse. stay positive and focus!

Most of what I did today was almost what she had me do each week....except she usually threw the 10 pound dumbbells at me! I wimped out today!ehhh....hope she doesn't read this! SSSShhhhhh!!!
