Monday and Tuesday journals

One of my goals (not resolutions!) for the New Years is to be more consistant with my blogging. Especially the food and fitness journals. Here are this weeks so far:
Monday
orange
Steel cut oats
3 pecans
honey
green tea
roll with butter
spinach salad
2 oz cheese
olives
croutons
meringue cookies
mini candy cane
sugar cookie
cheesecake
homemade potato soup
popcorn
total calories for the day: 1763
Tuesday
banana
hard boiled egg
1 oz cheese
orange
Haelthy Choice Sesame Chicken (steam fresh type)
green tea
non fat yogurt
olive oil
spaghetti with marinara sauce
lean ground beef
4 saltine crackers
Neufachatel cheese
Total for day: 1483
Exercise:
Monday: 30 minutes walking
20 minutes on stationary bike
Tuesday: 60 minute workout with trainer.

There it is so far this week. I will post a typical routine with trainer in my next post and what my "homework" is.
