First posting
OK so here is my first blog post on here. I have taken several months to figure out what I wanted to blog about and I still don't really know. But I am planning on posting my daily food and fitness journals, recipes, and vent or rejoice! I need an outlet for my stress and this will sort of be one.
Great idea, Val! Now don't forget to post some pictures also! I'll be here watching and reading for sure!

ReplyDeletei just scanned thru all your posts and wanted to let you know i'm STILL cheering you on!!! goodness knows i owe it to you for all the cheering you've done (and will do! lol!) for me ;)
i know lately it's been frustrating that the weight does not seem to be coming off even with your better diet and lots of exercise. i'll say it again--don't give up! you have come so far!!
your main goal was to be healthier--and you ARE! of course you have plenty more room for improvement (dont we all!?!), but don't beat yourself up :) you deserve kudos and praises for continuing to trudge through the muck =) remember to be grateful! God is good!
while your improving health currently may not be as measurable as pounds lost on a scale, it will continue to build momentum and they WILL eventually just melt away :)
